The bamboo slices are steamed in 90 degree water temperature for 3 hours to achieve the purpose of desugarization and nutrient removal. Then the bamboo slices are dried to 8% moisture content to shape, then pressed out the whole shape by 150 degree press, then baked to 0 moisture, polished and pinned, through layers of quality inspection to ensure that the moisture content of each product will not exceed 5%.
